At Mardon Australia we pride ourselves on producing and delivering high quality products.
If the product you purchased is faulty a full exchange or refund of both product and shipping cost will be offered.
Change of mind is exchangeable only (shipping cost not included).
Satisfaction Guaranteed. If the product doesn't live up to standards a full exchange or refund of both product and shipping cost will be offered.
We only refund/exchange faulty products that have failed in their normal uses. Damaging or breaking the part by force or mistreatment is not covered.
We value privacy as much as you do and retain not personal information after the transaction has been completed.
We collect you name, email, phone number, address for shipping purposes only.
We hold your shipping details only until your order has been sent.
Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details stored.
We do not pass on any details to 3rd parties
After payment is received all orders will be processed and shipped. Email confirmation will be provided.
Your order will be shipped in 1-2 days (Monday to Friday only) Orders placed on a weekend, public holiday(NSW) or after business hours (7am-3pm) will be processed and shipped the following day.
All orders are shipped and trackable with Australia Post.
Within Australia this usually takes 3-5 Business days.
Overseas shipping to New Zealand usually takes 8-12 business days.
